Just had to let you know about the Miele reps visit. He mentioned only 1 in 5 installations are done well and the rest are often a nightmare. Wandering over to the fridge/freezer he muttered about ventilation and said ours was very well done. Scanning the rest of the kitchen and stroking the granite he went on to enthuse about the standard of your work.
We always knew our kitchen was a good job but it was fab to hear a disinterested party say so!
